Who we are
Nourishment for Life is a free UK food and nutrition resource operated by Webspectations Ltd, which is the data controller for this site. If you have a question about your privacy, or would like to make a data request (for example to access or erase data we hold about you), please get in touch through our contact form. Messages you send through the form are saved on the website and emailed to us so we can reply to you.
What data we collect
- Technical data. We do not store your IP address. For security, such as limiting spam and repeated login attempts, we keep only a salted one-way hash of it, which cannot be turned back into your address. Other technical data, such as browser type, pages visited and referrer, may be recorded for analytics, only if you consent.
- Consent records — your cookie banner choices, timestamp, policy version. Stored as proof of consent under GDPR Article 7.
- Contact data — only when you submit a form (e.g. an error report).

How long we keep data
