Place the sliced onion and cucumber in a dish
Stir together half cup of white vinegar, half cup of
water and one third cup of sugar, pinch of salt and
pepper
Pour the vinegar mixture over the sliced onion and
cucumber
Cover over and allow to marinate for minimum of 1 hour
